Technical Recruiter

Our company Apptimum Labs Inc. a software consulting firm located in Delaware, USA with offices in Europe and Pakistan is growing at an exponential rate. The company is co-founded by an ex Microsoft senior developer with 30 years of experience in software development and an ex Mastercard Foundation and Booking.com lead developer. We currently have clients in US, Canada, UK and Germany and most of them are VC funded startup's working in AdTech, Fintech and Home renovation space. Our expertise lies in providing end to end solutions to our clients using React JS or Vue JS with Ruby on Rails or Elixir backends. We are currently recruiting for Technical Recruiter.
Responsibilities:  
Collaborates with team leads to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies Manage full recruiting cycle from requisition process through hand-off at on-boarding Full-life cycle recruitment responsibilities include: pre-screening, maintenance of candidate database, salary negotiations, coordinating interviews, referral checks, coordinating drug and background checks, and assisting hire candidates with additional onboarding requirements on a client to client basis Responsible for entire life cycle recruiting including but not limited to sourcing, initial interview, and placement of engineering-focused IT roles for contract, contract to hire, and direct hire positions Collaborating with hiring managers and account managers to understand hiring needs and goals Working extensively on an internal database, Dice, and LinkedIn recruiter to source profiles and update records to submit candidates to the clients Responsible for checking references, negotiating rates for a project, coordinating the interviews, extending offers, and closing candidates Provided feedback/follow up to candidates after each stage of the interview process
Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 4-5 years experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgment
